i swear by foqos! it’s like that little “brick” device but you can use any NFC tag or QR code to activate a session and it’s completely free. blocks chosen apps and sites FOR REAL and has a lot of different options for how impossible you want it to be to end a session when you shouldn’t. has successfully held me back from many an all-night IG doomscroll
